All By Kay items are made to order. This means your item is created especially for you once your order has been placed.

Because of this, returns or exchanges are not possible, and orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. We kindly ask you to carefully review product details, sizing and descriptions before placing your order.

Each item is handmade and customized after your order is placed.
The production time is approximately 2–3 weeks. This may vary slightly depending on the design.

Shipping

Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and are calculated at checkout.

Once your order is completed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).
